Firearms & Ammunition

• All sales of firearms and ammunition are final. Due to federal regulations and safety concerns, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on these items.
• Please inspect all firearms prior to transfer. Once a firearm is transferred to you, it is considered used and cannot be returned.

Accessories & Gear

• Unused accessories and gear (such as optics, holsters, apparel, etc.) may be returned within 15 days of purchase, with proof of purchase and in original packaging.
• Items must be unused and unmodified to qualify for a refund or exchange.

Custom Work (Cerakote, Gunsmithing, etc.)

• Custom work is non-refundable once service has begun.
• If you are unsatisfied with the final result, please contact us within 7 days of completion and we will work to resolve any workmanship issues to your satisfaction.

Defective Products

• If a product is defective, we will exchange it or offer store credit within 15 days of purchase.
• Manufacturer warranties may apply for certain items. We’re happy to assist with the warranty process.
